Pre-launch notice. Forjacast is in a pre-launch phase. The owner is completing the self-employment registration process under Spanish law. Tax information (NIF and registered address) will be updated in this document as soon as registration is effective.

2. Scope

This Legal Notice governs access, browsing and use of the website forjacast.com (the "Website"), owned by Fabián García de la Vega Hoyo, operating under the trade name Norteworks (the "Owner").

Access to the Website grants User status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in this Legal Notice.

3. Terms of use

The User agrees to use the Website in a proper and lawful manner. In particular, the User agrees not to use the Website to:

  • Carry out unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
  • Distribute racist, xenophobic, pornographic content, content advocating terrorism, or content that infringes human rights.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Website content (text, images, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure and design) is owned by the Owner. None of the exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property regulations shall be considered transferred to the User.

The trademarks Forjacast and Norteworks, as well as their respective logos, are the property of Fabián García de la Vega Hoyo. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the Website (Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Fal AI, Google, YouTube) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes regarding the technical compatibility of the product, without implying any commercial relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to external sites, including the application operated by the Owner at app.forjacast.com. The Owner is not responsible for the content, products or services of third-party websites linked from the Website, nor for any damage that may be suffered by the User as a result of access to such sites.

6. Disclaimer

The Owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Website, the absence of errors in its content, or its updating. The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove access to the Website without prior notice.

The Owner is not responsible for damages arising from improper use of the Website by Users.

7. Data protection

Processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie management is governed by the Cookies Policy.

8. Modifications

The Owner reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time, in order to adapt it to current legislation or to the characteristics of the Website. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Website.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to the User when acting as a consumer under applicable regulations. For the resolution of any conflict, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Owner's domicile.
